It is located less than 2km from the beach in imperia (italy) in the heart of the riviera dei fiori. The house has been converted into 3 attractive holiday apartments all of which are available to rent on a weekly basis. The apartments were fully refurbished in october 2006. "battina" with its characteristic vaulted ceiling is in the oldest part of the cottage. It is suitable for three adults or a couple with a baby and a child. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed plus a sofa bed with two single beds. A cot will be provided on request. The guests may also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden. the apartment is equipped with washing and dishwashing machines, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, satellite tv and radio, hairdryer etc. a narrow lane, behind the villa, leads to a panoramic garden among olive trees, ideal for sunbaths and relax. a secure parking place is available for the use of guests. the holiday cottage "i 99 olivi" is located in the montolivo's property, in imperia oneglia, on a hill, "le cascine", overlooking the town. The ancient village called "borgo delle cascine" was once a rural area and is now one of the most exclusive residential areas in imperia. Within easy walking distance, you can visit the gorgeous park of villa grock, named after the famous swiss clown. From "i 99 olivi", amid orange and centuries-old olive trees, you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the bay of imperia and the "alpi marittime", the most western part of the alps.
